Shopify and ERPLY Books integration. What is this?
This article provides an overview of the integration of Shopify and ERPLY Books. You can read more detailed instructions below on how to set up a connection if you wish. The connection between Shopify and ERPLY Books simplifies sales in an e-shop. It also gives companies the opportunity to easily set up an e-shop in the Shopify environment, through which the necessary accounting information also reaches the ERPLY Books accounting software.
Integration requires:
- The website or company Facebook account where you want to set up your e-shop
- A Shopify Lite package
- An ERPLY Books account
Before setting up the integration, the user must independently set up a homepage or company Facebook account through which they want to promote the e-shop and activate the Shopify Lite version. Once these two steps have been completed, the integration process can move on to ERPLY Books. If you do not yet have an ERPLY Books account, you need to register on our website and choose a medium package.
After registering your account, go to “Settings” > “Integrations”. There you will see the Shopify logo, press the “Manage” button. In the module that opens, enter your Shopify shop name and Shopify token. To synchronise the data, click on “Synchronise” on the Shopify line on the integration page and a window will open where you can synchronise the data. The next step is syncing the connection with ours. To do this, we need access to your website or Facebook page to configure the appropriate buttons so that products can be sold through these channels. This is followed by a 2-hour training session.
